They make me ache to change careers to be that person for someone else. It sounds like your mom has been in some very loving and skilled hands. Truly they saved her. I share your feelings about nurses -- my mom was in the hospital for two weeks recently and now she is in Rehab, too, though she'll be going back to the hospital soon. Hoping against hope that she was doing better and moving on. I'm SO relieved to find out that she's moving out of the burn unit and into rehab. SO thankful. What a relief! Nurses are indeed wonderful people.
